Provides medical and bilingual case management, insurance assistance, financial support, pro bono legal services, and nutritional support through on-site food pantry. Testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Syphilis. Needle exchange services. Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm. Longmont office: 515 Kimbark St.

Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Closed from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. for the lunch hour. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
